This is an appeal from a judgment of the trial court denying plaintiff’s request that the court dissolve a partnership between plaintiff and defendant pursuant to Minn. St. 323.31.

Plaintiff, Metro U. S. Construction Corporation (Metro), a Minnesota corporation, and defendant, James R. Riley, entered into a written partnership agreement on January 31, 1969.
