The plaintiff, a dry wall subcontractor, sued the defendant owner-contractors, claiming $5347 due under a contract. The defendants denied that the plaintiff performed under the contract and, in their special defense and counterclaim, alleged that the plaintiff failed to complete the work in a thorough and workmanlike manner as required by the contract.
