Carl Civella appeals the District Court’s

refusal to vacate a 1939 narcotics conviction upon Civella’s petition for writ of error coram nobis. Although several grounds were asserted in the petition to justify relief, the evidence presented at the hearing below concentrated upon Civella’s claim that he was not represented by counsel and had not intelligently waived counsel.
