Plaintiff Margie Gregory, former wife of defendant Melvin Gregory, has perfected this appeal from an adverse judgment of the Circuit Court of Jasper County. Plaintiff sought to recover a sum claimed to be due from the defendant under an agreement entered into by the parties prior to their 1973 divorce.
