GUNN, Judge.

Plaintiff-appellant Grace Burian brought suit to recover damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained when the automobile operated by her husband and in which she was a passenger was struck from the rear by an automobile driven by the defendant-respondent Jean Dickens. The jury returned a verdict for defendant, and plaintiff’s motion for a new trial was overruled.
