The appellant was indicted on a charge of robbery November 1, 1971, by the Grand Jury of Geneva County. His trial began on October 2, 1972, and ended on October 3, 1972, upon a finding of guilty by the Jury, which fixed his punishment at twenty-one years in the penitentiary.
