Plaintiffs, local labor unions, bring this action against the defendant, a trucking company, requesting that the defendant be preliminarily enjoined from spending moneys received from the sale of certain of its Interstate Commerce Commission granted operating rights to Curtis Transportation Company and Overnite Transportation Company.
