Plaintiffs-appellants, Martin and Leona Frankfort (Frankfort) brought suit against defendants-appellees, William S. Owens (Owens), Indiana Bell Telephone Company, Inc. (Indiana Bell), and Motorcycle Escort Service, Inc.
