This is an action brought under the Illinois Antitrust Act- (Ill. Rev. Stat, 1973, ch. 38, par. 60 — 1 et seq.) wherein the plaintiff has alleged that the defendants have violated subsections 3(1) and 3(2) of the Act. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1973, ch. 38, pars. 60 — 3(1), (2).
