Our opinion of July 21, 1976 is withdrawn. In such opinion we reversed and remanded the judgment of the trial court for a new trial. Both appellant and appel-lee filed motions for rehearing. After due consideration, we have concluded that the judgment should be reversed and rendered. Our previous opinion is withdrawn and the following substituted in lieu thereof.
