MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This is a patent case with a pendent claim for wrongful use of trade secrets. Following the close of the evidence, defendant moved the Court for a directed' verdict in his favor as to all factual issues relating to both counts. This motion was denied. The jury returned a general verdict for defendant on the trade secrets count.
