PER CURIAM:

Steven Sabin and Joanne Lorette were indicted by the Grand Jury on April 25, 1974. Count One charged conspiracy to import cocaine in violation of 21 < U.S. C. A. § 963. Count Two charged importation of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S. C.A. §§ 952(a) and 960(a)(1). A third count charged Lorette with possession of cocaine.
