Patients at Central State Hospital brought this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, challenging the constitutionality of the hospital’s visitation policies. The Court entered an order on March 8,1977, granting the plaintiffs’ motion for partial summary judgment. The matter now before the Court is the plaintiffs’ motion for an award of attorneys’ fees.
