ARCHIBALD, Justice.
Plaintiff-appellee filed a complaint in the District Court seeking a divorce from her husband in which only cruel and abusive treatment was alleged as grounds therefor. At a preliminary hearing the District Court Judge suggested marriage counseling and the parties agreed thereto.
