delivered the opinion of the court:
The plaintiffs, John and George Morris, filed a complaint of false imprisonment in the circuit court of Johnson -County against the defendants, Elry Faulkner, sheriff of Johnson County, Glen Trovillion and Nancy Morris. Following a dismissal of the complaint, plaintiffs filed an amended complaint in six counts.
