Plaintiffs, Trustees of the United Mine Workers of America Health and Retirement Funds (Trustees) seek a preliminary injunction enjoining defendant, Long’s Hauling Company (Long’s), from violating the terms of the National Bituminous Coal Wage Agreement of 1974 (National Agreement).
