This is an appeal from a judgment granting a temporary injunction. The judgment will be reversed.

Roger H. Stoner is the general manager of Radio Station KZFM in Corpus Christi, Texas, which is owned by Texas Media Group, Inc. Mr. Stoner owns 49% of the stock of Texas Media Group, Inc.
