Appeal by Tommy Lee Davis and his wife Minnie from an adverse judgment, entered upon a 9 to 3 jury verdict for defendants, in plaintiffs’ action for wrongful death of their 20-year-old son Tyrone. Defendants Moore and Simpson, police officers of the City of Kinloch, shot and killed Tyrone in an attempt to arrest him.
