Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York April 14, 1977 (Claim of Milletich v. International Terminal Operating Co.)

Appeals from a decision of the Workmen’s Compensation Board, filed July 31, 1975, which apportioned liability to claimant among three employers. Claimant, a longshoreman from 1929 to 1968, quit work on July 20, 1968. In October, 1970 he was medically certified as suffering from, among other things, pulmonary emphysema which was work related.
