Upon his plea of guilty to the offense of armed robbery, the defendant, Glen E. Watts, was convicted in the circuit court of Vermilion County and sentenced to 15 to 30 years’ imprisonment. He thereafter filed a “Motion to Withdraw Guilty Plea and Vacate Judgment” which was dismissed by the court after a hearing.
