The action underlying this appeal is a third-party action brought by Glen R. Chapel against Marilyn Thompson for indemnification for a judgment against the third-party plaintiff by the original plaintiff, Terry Ulrich, for injuries sustained as a result of collision between the vehicles operated by the third-party plaintiff and third-party
