Plaintiff sold certain specialized machinery to the defendant Wenko Trailer & Body Co., Inc., herein referred to as Trailer. The corporate stock of Trailer was owned by the defendant Wenko Realty Corporation. The stock of the latter and of the defendant Wenko Equipment Co.
