Appellant was convicted on 12 April 1973 of possession, sale and conspiracy to sell heroin. The first two crimes were laid under Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) and the third under Article 81, UCMJ (10 U.S.C. §§ 934 and 881, respectively).
