Delores Ann Whaley, widow of David E. Whaley, seeks damages from the United States of America under the Federal Tort *39Claims Act, claiming that David B. McKinney, an employee of the Government, was negligent in driving a motor vehicle owned by the Government, and as a result of such negligence, her husband lost his life.
