This is an appeal from an order dismissing plaintiff’s cause of action with prejudice for his failure to answer a certified question.

This action was commenced by the plaintiff, John H. Fields, on August 6, 1975, the day following the publication of an article in

The Kansas City Kansan,

a newspaper owned by the defendant, Stauffer Publications, Inc.
