Vera Greene (plaintiff), as the designated beneficiary of her deceased husband, Donald Greene, brought this action against the Public Employees’ Retirement Association (PERA) to recover her husband’s accumulated deductions, pursuant to section 24-51-117(1), C.R.S. 1973.
