OPINION

Per Curiam:

Appellants, Jack and Billie Hosvepian, brought this action for damages resulting from injuries suffered by Jack Hosve-pian at a construction site on the property of respondent. Hos-vepian, whose immediate employer was W. J. Thompson, Inc., received compensation for those injuries from the Nevada Industrial Commission.
