OPINION

WOOD, Chief Judge.

Pursuant to a plea bargain approved by the trial court, defendant pled guilty to possession of cocaine. The bargain provided that the disposition of the case would be “no more severe” than “DEFERRED sentence, and probation as the judge may require (not more than 5 years)”.
