OPINION

PAYNE, Justice.

Defendant Simon Martinez was convicted of criminal sexual penetration in the second-degree and of a separate charge of armed robbery. He was sentenced to a term of ten to fifty years for each offense. The court ordered that the terms be served consecutively.
