This case arose out of a struggle for control of the management of Calumet Industries, Inc. (“Calumet”), a Delaware corporation operating principally in Chicago in the business of oil refining and lubricant manufacturing. The case is now before the court on the plaintiff’s motion for a preliminary injunction.
