This is an action brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. § 2000e-5(f)) and 42 U.S.C. § 1981. Plaintiff was employed as a wiper on vessels owned by defendant. He charges that he was wrongfully terminated on December 13, 1973.
