STEPHAN, Judge.

Midwest Library Service, Inc., appeals from a judgment entered upon a jury verdict awarding it $1.00 on its claim for damages for breach of contract. The jury also found for Midwest and against respondent Structural Systems, Inc., on the latter’s counterclaim. Structural Systems did not appeal. We reverse and remand for a new trial.
