On March 30, 1976, Mr. and Mrs. Rogers, plaintiffs, executed a retail installment contract in connection with their purchase of a new 1976 Lincoln Continental from defendant, Frank Jackson Lincoln-Mercury (the “Dealer”). The Dealer simultaneously accepted the contract and assigned it to defendant Ford Motor Credit Company (“FMCC”).
