Plaintiffs purchased a salvage business from defendants and received, in addition to the business assets and goodwill, the defendants’ contractual promise not to compete in the salvage business within a 100-mile radius of the plaintiffs’ operation. Plaintiffs brought this action, alleging a breach of that covenant.
