MEMORANDUM

MERHIGE, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Vernon L. Crumpler, Jr., brings this action to recover his “father’s social security insurance benefits” from the defendant, Joseph A. Califano, Jr., Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare (hereinafter “the Secretary”). Jurisdiction is vested in the Court by virtue of the jurisdictional provision of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
