This is an appeal from an order of the circuit court of Peoria County which dismissed certain counts of the plaintiff James Debolt’s complaint against the defendant Mutual of Omaha, an insurer, and from which the plaintiff sought punitive damages in the sum of *5,000,000 for breach of a duty of good faith and fair dealing and compensatory
