Malicious prosecution suit over a “bad check” charge.

Summary judgment for defendant.

We reverse — in part.

At about 1 p.m. on September 5,1974, Patricia A. Robinson deposited *1,000 in her checking account at the branch bank of the First National Bank of Rantoul located on the Chanute Air Force Base. At approximately 5:30 p.m.
