The defendants prosecute this joint appeal from judgments of the Superior Court, Hancock County, finding them guilty, after separate bench trials,

of possessing forty-nine short lobsters in violation of 12 M.R. S.A. § 4451(1).

Each defendant was fined $1,135.00.
