This is a civil rights action brought by Plaintiff under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1983 and the Equal Employment Opportunity Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e-2000e-17, to recover for alleged sex discrimination by Defendant in discharging Plaintiff from her employment with Defendant.
