POPE, Justice.
This is a wrongful death action arising from a collision between the Cooper passenger car and a Missouri Pacific freight train. Wilfred Cooper and his wife, Evina, died as a result of the accident and Sheronell, their daughter, was injured. The plaintiffs are the parents of the two decedents and the legal representatives of the two minor children.
