This is an appeal by Herman T. Dove from an order by the district court dismissing his suit to recover damages against his former employer under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e

et seq.

Dismissal was ordered because of the failure of plaintiff’s counsel to attend a pretrial scheduling conference.
