GEE, Circuit Judge:

Plaintiffs Claude and Eva Shepherd were convicted of separate felonies in federal court and, after satisfying the terms of probation, were discharged from the court’s supervision. As a result of their convictions plaintiffs were automatically disenfranchised by the State of Texas.
