This is a summary judgment case which also involves a plea of privilege. Lilly Sales, Inc., appellee, brought suit in Wood County against Hawkins Nursing Home, Inc. and appellant, Dr. B. A. El Afifi, on a sworn account. Appellant El Afifi filed a plea of privilege alleging that he was a resident of Gregg County.
