REINHARD, Judge.

Defendant-third party plaintiffs appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of St. Francois County quieting title to real estate. The court ruled that a reserved option to repurchase the real estate was void as a violation of the rule against perpetuiti-es and as an unreasonable restraint on alienation.

The land was originally owned by Harry Tucker.
