Appellant Sidney H. Hamilton appeals from a judgment of conviction entered by the circuit court of Franklin County upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of stealing over $50.00, a felony, §§ 560.156, 560.161, RSMo 1969. Appellant was sentenced to a term of five (5) years imprisonment.
