In a proceeding to vacate a mechanic’s lien, defendant appeals from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered June 2, 1977, which, upon his default, denied his motion (a) to be relieved of a prior default and (b) for leave to interpose an answer and (2) a further order of the same court, dated July 5, 1977, which, inter alia, denied his renewal motion for the same relief.
