Plaintiff was the uncle of decedent, Constance Stone, and he is the administrator of her estate. He brings these actions to recover the proceeds of two insurance policies upon her life issued by the defendant insurance companies and payable according to their terms to decedent’s husband, Gary Stone, as beneficiary.
