Plaintiff, Earl W. Rooks, has brought this suit for a permanent injunction seeking to enjoin the Rapides Parish School Board from dismissing him as principal of A. Wet-termark High School. The defendant, Rap-ides Parish School Board, objected at trial and upon appeal to the use of injunctive procedure in this case.
