On January 18, 1977, Chief Justice Virgil L. Kirk, Sr., agreed to employ the Plaintiff in the capacity of Judicial Branch Fiscal Officer, effective January 24, 1977. By memorandum, the Chief Justice requested that the Defendant Frankie Marianito process all the necessary papers.
