WALLACE, JUDGE:

This claim is for property damage in the sum of $203.39 sustained by the claimant’s Dodge automobile in a single-*216vehicle accident which occurred at about 11:45 P.M., on Wednesday, April 26, 1978, when the claimant drove that automobile into a depression about 10.5 feet wide and 3 feet deep in Secondary Route 3/3, commonly called High Street, near St. Albans.
